Quick Stuffed Cabbage 

Ingredients:

Minced Garlic (as much as you like)
1 bulb of Onion
Head of Cabbage
half a stick of butter
2 cans of Tomato Paste Italian Herb
Pound of Ground Meat 

Directions:

In Copper Pan fry chopped onions and minced garlic until fully cooked then add pieces of the cabbage to the pan cook till the cabbage is cooked.
In another pan fry your ground meat until done,drain meat and then add 2 cans of Tomato Paste Italian Herb add 2 cans of water and mix into the sauce.then add your cooked garlic.onions and cabbage to heat up with the sauce.
Serves 4 to 5.You can serve with mashed potatoes.

Spaghetti with Oil/Garlic and Peas

Ingredients:

2 Cans of Peas
salt, to taste, plus 1 teaspoon
1 pound spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil over high heat, then salt it generously. Add the pasta (break it into fours) and cook, stirring occasionally until al dente, tender but not mushy, about 8 minutes. While the pasta cooks, combine the garlic, vegetable oil, the 1 teaspoon salt in a large skillet and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the garlic softens and turns golden, about 8 minutes.
Then add 2 cans of Peas with the juice to the garlic,oil mixture cook about 5 to 8 mins.
Drain the pasta in a colander set in the sink Add the pasta to the garlic,oil peas mixture. Mix well. Transfer to a large serving bowl or divide amongst 4 to 6 dishes.

FRIED MOZZARELLA PEPPERONI EGG ROLLS!!! 
12 pieces of string cheese
12 egg roll wrappers
36 slices of pepperoni
Oil for deep-frying
Marinara or pizza sauce

On top of an egg roll wrapper, place three pieces of pepperoni as shown in the picture. Place a piece of string cheese on top. Fold corners over cheese. Fold bottom corner over cheese and pepperoni and keep rolling until cheese is tightly sealed. Moisten corners with water to seal. Repeat with the rest of wrappers, cheese and pepperoni.

In a skillet, heat oil to 375 degrees F. Fry sticks, a few at a time, for 30-60 seconds on each side until completely brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce.

Pizza hut copycat sliders:
Ingredients

Dough
1 1/3 cups water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons corn meal
3 1/4 cups flour {we used all-purpose}
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast {about 1 package}
Egg Mixture for brushing
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of water
Pizza Sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ - 1 cup of water
Toppings
Sausage and Pepperoni, or your favorites
Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions

Pizza Dough for Bread Machine
Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturers instructions. We add the dry then the wet in ours.
After the bread machine is done, roll dough onto floured surface.
Pizza Dough by Hand
Mix dry ingredients together
Add wet ingredients and stir until combined
Pizza Sauce
Melt butter over medium heat in a small sauce pan.
Mince garlic and add to pan and saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and dried herbs and combine.
Stir in water to achieve desired consistency, usually takes at least ½ cup.
Simmer for 5 minutes to join flavors.
Pizza Sliders
Roll out dough and cut with 4 inch cookie cutter
Form the dough making a ridge around about 1/4 inch
Brush with egg mixture
Add 1-2 teaspoons Pizza Sauce
Top with your favorite toppings
Bake at 400 degrees for about 9 - 11 minutes

Ingredients

2 pkgs (13.8 oz each) refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 pkg (1.25 oz each) 30% less sodium taco seasoning mix, divided
1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Spicy Jalapeno Refried Beans
1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
1 pound lean ground beef (93% lean)
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (2 cups = 8 oz)
2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onions, drained well
1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll each pizza crust dough on a baking sheet and shape into a 15x10-inch rectangle. Prick each with fork; bake 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, remove 1 tablespoon taco seasoning from package and combine with beans and tomato sauce in small bowl; set aside. Prepare beef according to taco seasoning package directions using the remaining taco seasoning.
Assemble pizzas by spreading half of bean mixture on each partially baked crust. Layer each pizza with half of the cheese, seasoned beef and drained tomatoes.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown. Cool slightly. Top each with lettuce; serve immediately.

Ingredients:
4 sesame seed hamburger bun tops
1 small red onion, divided
2 plum tomatoes
3/4 lb (350 g) 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced dill pickles
3/4 cup (175 mL) ketchup
1 tbsp (15 mL) yellow mustard
8 cups (2 L) thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 cup (250 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice bun tops into 1/4-in. (6-mm) strips. (If bun tops are very thick, slice bottoms off horizontally before slicing into strips). Arrange in a single layer on Large Bar Pan; bake 8–10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove to Stackable Cooling Rack; cool completely.
Cut onion in half crosswise using Utility Knife. Slice half of the onion crosswise into thin rings using Ultimate Mandoline fitted with adjustable slicing blade on thin setting. Cut tomatoes lengthwise into quarters and slice crosswise. Set onion and tomatoes aside.
Cook ground beef in (8-in./20-cm) Sauté Pan over medium-high heat 5–7 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles using Slotted Turner. Meanwhile, chop remaining onion half using Food Chopper. Finely dice pickles using Utility Knife. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine chopped onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Add cooked beef; mix well using Small Mix ‘N Scraper®.
To serve, arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Spoon beef mixture over lettuce. Top with cheese, tomatoes and sliced onion. Arrange hamburger bun croutons around edge of platter. Serve immediately.

Yield: 6 servings

Homemade Vegetable and Poultry pot pie

OK FOR EVERYONE WHO WANTED HOMEMADE CHICKEN OR TURKEY POT PIE HERE IT IS...MY BIG SIS THERESA SENT IT TO ME...

Homemade Vegetable and Poultry pot pie

1 cup half half

meat

large bag veggies(mixed or any kind such as Normandy mix or California mix or

fresh carrots , peas, celery, beans, etc.

...onions and garlic and spices

pie crusts 2 boxes

large cake pan

chicken bullion or 3 cups broth

generous 1/3 flour or buy pre made gravy packets or cans such as turkey gravy - such as 3 cans

NOW, Heat oven to 400 degrees F and place pie crust on bottom of casserole dish and place in oven while you

saute onions / garlic and Vegetables in some olive oil or butter for 10 minutes

add flour slowly and stir and cook 1 minute

Combine broth and half and half and add gradually and cook over medium heat until bubbly and thick

Take out casserole dish and bottom of crust so it is cooked and crispy

Add spices and meat or just layer meat into pie crusted cake or pie pan and then add the gravy and vegetable broth over it into greased and crusted 2 quart casserole cake pan.

Cover with top pie crust and cut slits for heat to escape and cook for 40 minutes.

Enjoy.

Ponderosa's Chicken Monterey

Ingredients 
4 chicken breasts , boneless, skinless/I like to use Tyson' Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast
1 cup French dressing/I use Kraft Sweet Honey Catalina Dressing (divided)
Directions:

1 .Marinate the chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of the dressing in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
2.Place the remaining 1/2 Cup of the french dressing/Kraft Sweet Honey Catalina Dressing in a small pan and simmer on the stove for 30 minutes or until the color darkens slightly and the sauce thickens.
3.Grill the chicken breasts on charcoal or gas grill til done, then place 2 TBS cooked sauce over each breast. Great with buttered cooked mushrooms,buttered grilled onions,a baked potato and Texas Toast,.

Pierogi Lasagna or Poor Man Lasagna

Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
6 cups warm seasoned mashed potatoes, store-bought or homemade
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.Saute onions 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned;you can also saute green peppers with it to if you like... reserve 1/2 cup sauteed onions (green peppers) for topping. Add remaining pepper, and cheese to mashed potatoes; mix well.

Place 3 noodles on bottom of prepared baking dish. Spread 1/3 of potato mixture over noodles. Repeat layers until a total of 4 layers of noodles and 3 layers of potato mixture have been placed (with a layer of noodles on top). Top with sauteed onion/green peppers if you like !!

Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
You can serve with sour cream on the top!!!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Pork chops
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 apples, peeled, cored & sliced

Place a oven safe dish in the oven preheated to 175, for keeping the pork chops warm.

Heat oil in a large skillet, and cook the chops, taking about 6-10 minutes turning them occasionally until done, then transfer to oven.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Add butter to the hot skillet, melt and add apples and brown sugar mixture. Cover and cook on medium heat until apples are tender. Once tender, remove apples only, arranging them over the pork chops. Simmer the sauce until it has thicken then add to the chops.
