I recently had the opportunity to review a wonderful book called Alone Yet Not Alone by Tracy Leninger Craven.I love History and any chance I get,I read,watch or talk about History.This book is deep in history and It is also a reminder that God is always with us even in the darkest times of our lives.We don’t always see that God is with us through our pain and that is is bringing blessing into our lives.This book is a reminder to us that as long as we hold onto our faith that God is always beside us,holding us up.
Alone Yet Not Alone is a gripping story from beginning to the end.It has a positive and optimistic outlook on the hardships that life brings to us.
The book is for 8 year old's,but I would say it is more suitable for those in upper elementary school and up.This book would be perfect addition to add to your child's history lessons.
I can not wait to see the movie in September. I hope that the movie is able to as good as the book and will show the emotions that the book showed.
