When we got to my sister Stacie's home with the food.We a mediately but all the food away in the freezer.The Ham is good refrigerated 7 days but if you freeze it right away it will be good for 45 days after purchasing. The sides have a expiration date of next year.He told us to take the Ham out of freezer and put in refrigerator for 2 days to thaw out and then he said to slice the ham and put it on microwavable plate and place in the microwave to heat.The employee says this will keep the ham nice and juicy and it will not dry it out. He also said to set the sides out for about 2 hours before you cook them.We are having this for our Easter Dinner and we plan on doing this again for other holidays.

We will be having at 4 people at Easter Dinner and the Employee said we will have more than enough for our dinner.We will have plenty of meat left over for sandwiches.
