Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (29 ounce) can hunts or ragu spaghetti sauce
2 cubes beef bouillon cube
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
a little garlic salt
2 cups cooked white rice or Spanish rice
Directions
In a crock pot put beef.
Add the peppers to the meat.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer Stir in rice and cook till done.
