Cauliflower Crust Pizza

1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp garlic salt
olive oil (optional)

To "Rice" Cauliflower - Take a large head of cauliflower, de stem and cut into large chunks. With a cheese grater, grate the chunks into a medium large (microwave safe) bowl and microwave for 8 minutes. There is no need to add water, as the natural moisture in the cauliflower is enough to cook itself. One large head should produce approximately 3 cups of riced cauliflower. The remainder can be used to make additional pizza crusts immediately, or can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
To Make Crust -
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Add oregano, crushed garlic and garlic salt, stir.
3.Transfer to the cookie sheet, and using your hands, pat out into a 9" round. Optional: Brush olive oil over top of mixture to help with browning. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven. To the crust, add sauce, toppings and cheese. Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted (approximately 3-4 minutes).
* Make sure your toppings are precooked, since you are only broiling for a few minutes.
Enjoy! You can thank me later ;).

Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

8/18/2012

Picture
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup warm water
1 packet active dry yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
2tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
6 -7 oz Pizza sauce
Pepperoni – 20 – 30 slices

Instructions

In a bowl, add warm water and yeast. Wait about 5 minutes to allow the yeast to “proof”. Stir after the 5 minutes to make sure yeast is completely dissolved.
In another bowl, add flour, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Mix well, then add olive oil and mix again.
Combine both bowls into one and start kneading the mixture to create a dough consistency. Add more flour if necessary. Keep kneading until the dough is no longer sticky and feels soft to the touch. Roll the dough into a ball form.
In a bowl, coat with oil and place ball of dough into bowl, rolling it around for a light coat. Put bowl aside for 2 to 3 hours to allow dough to rise.
Once dough has risen (should be about double it’s size), place on a lightly floured surface and use rolling pin to roll into a round shape for your pizza.
Create a lip around the edge of your dough, about 1 1/2 inches in from the edge. Fill in lip with Mozzarella cheese, fold dough over and create a seal.
Evenly spread desired amount of pizza sauce, remaining Mozzarella cheese and top with pepperonis.
Bake at 475 for 11-12 minutes. Pizza will be done with dough is golden and cheese on top is completely melted.

Cutting out the extra costs but still want the flavor and fun? Make your own pizza!

The dough is simple. Make it ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator for those extra busy nights.

1 package active dry yeast (.25 ounce)
1 cup warm water
2 cups bread flour....I will use Boballi 12'' Original Pizza Crust already made crust taste so good
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsps white sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand about 10 minutes.
Combine 2 cups bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar and yeast mixture; stir well. Beat to form a stiff dough. Cover and rise to double the volume, usually takes about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Put dough on well floured surface, roll out to desired shape. Place your toppings and bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Get your family involved and have some fun. You could even individualize the pizzas so the kids can make their own. You won’t need to spend a lot to feast on pizza tonight. Keep the delivery boy away and make it a family fun night.

Spotya! Cash Advance is a great place to get some fast cash when your budget needs a boost. Pizza night is a yummy want and it can be lots of fun in a very inexpensive way when you make your own. Enjoy!

What you need:

Tortilla wraps

Shredded cheese

Pizza sauce

How to bake:

Preheat the oven to 400. Put your desired amount of sauce and cheese on the tortilla and sandwich it together or put another one on top. Insert into oven on either a cookie sheet or baking pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until it has reached your desired crispiness! Cut into 4 or more slices or just chomp right on into it and enjoy!
