Can you believe it is already Christmas Time? Softsoap welcomes the holiday season with their NEW Limited Edition Body Washes: Alpine Mint Frost, Parisian Berry Bliss, and Venetian Vanilla Spice. These moisture rich formulas will wrap you in the Holiday/Christmas spirit! Christmas is one of my favorite time of year and I love all the Holiday scents around.I was so very excited when I had the opportunity to try the NEW Limited Edition Body Washes for myself.

The NEW Limited Edition Body Washes are very creamy and lather up really good.I also used them in my little girls bubble baths,because #1 she loves the smell of them and they also make a lot of bubbles.You do not have to use a lot,just a little bit under the water spout and the entire tub filled with luxurious bubbles.We love the different scents and Amelia says "They are delicious!" They fill bathroom with a wonderful scent and Winter smell is in the air.

I use Softsoap quite often and it is one of my favorite products to use.I love that they have a variety of products to choose from.I find they are affordable also,which is a plus for me.I love that Softsoap body washes leave me feeling refreshed,my skin nourished,clean and moisturized.They do not make my skin sticky or even too dry.

Softsoap® brand Alpine Mint Frost

This body wash embraces the smell of wintertime candy. With visions of candy canes and peppermint sticks dancing all in my head. I really love this body wash.It has a wonderful creamy,fresh peppermint scent.It is very Christmasy Body Wash.The smell does not have a overpowering scent.This scent last a long time.

Alpine Mint Frost made me feel very relaxed and rejuvenated me at the same time.Amelia loves it This it for her bubble baths.I fill up the bathtub for her and it relaxes her.She says "I smell delicious!" Makes amazing amount of bubbles.Alpine Mint Frost Body Wash smells like a real peppermint candy cane.It is scented with a sweet smelling peppermint "Cool Winter Mint".It is a light scent ,not an overpowering peppermint smell that a lot of scented peppermint products have.The peppermint smell is very refreshing.I really wish it was not a limited edition.The body wash left my body with a fresh cool tingling feeling.I love that the body was was not too thick,not too thin,it was just right.I think of when I am hanging candy canes on the Christmas tree when I used this body wash.

Softsoap® brand Parisian Berry Bliss

Parisian Berry Bliss body wash is an invigorating, delicious blend of red winter berries.It smells like holly and juniper berries. This is my favorite of all the scents.It has a very sweet,lingering scent to it.I just love it a lot.I find it very fruity and fresh.I love fruit smelling body washes.It makes feel happy when I use it.Amelia also loves taking bubble baths in this scent also. It is a very refreshing body wash.The body berry scent is wonderful and not overpowering.This body wash could be used in the fall also.

Softsoap® brand Venetian Vanilla Spice

I do not use too many vanilla scented products anymore,because I heard they trigger migraines.So I try to avoid them.This is sweet, creamy,smells like fresh baking sugar cookies.It is not a heavy scent,it is not too strong of a scent.It smells really incredible,it does not have powerful food scent like some vanilla scents have.Amelia loves her bubble baths in this body wash also.This can be layered with the Softsoap Vanilla Brown Sugar lotion and spray.

It’s Christmas time and Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments are on the minds and hearts at this time.I have always been love with Hallmark and their ornaments.I enjoy seeing which new ones are coming out every year.And this year like every year I am in love with the ornaments and its hard to pick out what one is my favorite.

Me in 1974- I was around 3 years old

My childhood Memories will always have Hallmark movies and Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments in them.My childhood was filled with memories of watching Disney movies also.I will always remember watching the movie Dumbo and have always loved the touching way Dumbo's mother cared for her baby.She loved him no matter what! A mother's love is the greatest! It was and still is one of my favorite childhood movies.My favorite part of the movie and most endearing part for me is when Mrs. Jumbo is in the wagon reaching her trunk between the bars to cradle Dumbo and sings to him,the iconic song "Baby Mine".This ornament is very significant to me because my husband Richard passed away when our little girl Amelia was a newborn and its just been my "Baby Mine" and me ever since.

My little girl Amelia just recently started watching the movie "Dumbo" and it has become one of her favorite movies also.It is so fun and memorable to watch the movie with my little girl now.To see the excitment in her eyes.It is really cute the way she says "Dumbo",she can not say it and calls him "Tambo".She also loves the song "Baby Mine" and says "AWWW,Tambo's mommy loves him!"

Amelia Christmas day 2013-She was 3 years old

Did you know that "Dumbo" has been captivating,touching the hearts of children for 73 years,was released in "1941". This is the same year my mother was born.An interesting fact and something I did not know till now is the vocals for the song “Baby Mine” were performed by Betty Noyes, the same singer who dubbed Debbie Reynolds’ singing in two numbers in Singin’ in the Rain.

I recently had the opportunity to review a wonderful book called Small Talk:Learning From My Children about What Matters Most by Amy Julie Becker I was really excited about it and could not wait to read it.
A lot of my readers know I am a widow and a mother of a very hyper/autistic little girl.She is constantly keeping me busy.I am amazed of what things my little girl teaches me every day.
I just loved this book it was a great read. I would recommend it for any parents who are just like me and feels like they are not doing enough for their children and feeling overwhelmed by daily life. This book is very encouraging,moving and uplifting.My little teaches me very important lessons in my life.This book points out how we can all learn from our children in a very big way.

I am a plus size woman,I just want stylish activewear that flatters my plus-size body and does not make me feel bad about being bigger.I recently came across a company brand that recognizes how important this underserved market is.

I had the opportunity to review some of Lola Getts items for myself.I was sent the Lola Getts plus-size tee shirt in Glass B/W and the Lola Pant.I want to let my readers know how much I love the Tee and the pants,both are very comfortable and they are very soft to the touch.The tee is very different than the normal plus sized tee's and sweatshirts that most brands try to sale to us plus sized woman.The pants are very different also then normal sweat pants or activewear out there.The pants fit to your shape but are not tight at all.They make you look great and do not show all those bumps and bulges that normal activewear do.The tee and pants are so comfortable you can sleep in them.

What was the main reason for creating Lola Getts plus size activewear?
"67% of American women wear size 14 or larger and they too lead active lifestyles. We felt this woman who has been shunned and ignored deservest to have great fitting activewear so she can embrace her active lifestyle."

How did you come up with the name and what is the meaning behind the name?
"The name is inspired from the song "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets"because we believe every woman including plus size women have the power to get whatever she wants when she puts her mind to it. Lola Getts represent a strong confident woman who embraces her curves and wants to be healthy and fit."

Why and how did you come to focus only on plus-size activewear?
"Why not cater to the woman who is always overlooked, and we saw a huge void in this market and wanted to provide activewear exclusively for the plus size gal. We focus on great fit, quality, fashion and being made in America. We want the plus size woman to feel powerful and confident when she wears Lola Getts."

And are you or will you branch into other styles of clothing for plus sized woman? 
"Yes of course our next collection has a very "athleisure" feel to it. Along with the technical activewear garments, we will be introducing fashion forward, tanks, sweatshirts and tees. In the future we plan to add tennis, golf wear, and ski wear. the skies the limit on what we can do in this space."

I recently had the opportunity to review items from Plasmart.They sent the Wonky Wheels Car and Happyville Smart Mat for my little girl.I will be giving them to her for her Christmas Gifts.

A few weeks after we got Amelia's Wonky Wheels the PlaSmart Smart Mat came in the mail.The PlaSmart Happyville Smart Foam Play Mat features a colorful city scene for imaginative vehicle play.The floor mat is made of coated EVA foam that is both soft and easy to keep clean. Featuring a large surface area, this mat boasts comfortable fabric and lively colors to keep kids engaged and entertained. Made of durable, lasting material.The PlaSmart Happyville Smart Foam Play Mat is not in use,it can be easily rolled or folded for convenient storage by simply rolling it up .It is easy to carry and great for traveling and you can take it along when your child visit the grandparents or other family members and a wonderful thing to take to a playground if your child is too little to play on the playground.You can add your own cars,trucks,people and animal figures.

I opened the playmat and was amazed by it. I said "WOW,I love this,this mat is so colorful and bright!" The playmat is a pretty big play area for babies and kids.It is 78"L x 46"W and has a very colorful city scene.It is very eye-catchingly bright and will get your child/childrens attention.When I unrolled the mat,I had to set something heavy on the ends to help flatten it out.My little girl Amelia is going to love this when she opens it up on Christmas morning.The foam on the mat is thick enough and will be comfortable for knees,feet and your little ones hands while playing on it.The PlaSmart Smart Foam Play Mat ends stayed flat to the floor.The bottom of the mat gripped to my floor and to prevented it from sliding around.

I tested out the roads on the play mat.The trucks glided on mat smoothly from place to place. The roads are wide so they fit every size cars/trucks your child may have from small sized to bigger sized ones.Your child can drive to the carwash,to a teddy bear store,all around the water fountain and all around Happyville. There is a lot of places to visit and has hours of fun and play.On this mat there are places to eat, pools, train tracks,hospitals, and a lot more.There are buildings and etc and they are repeated 3 times.The scenery,roads and buildings blend in very well.So you do not realize it repeats like this.

One of the things I love about the mat is that it's durable and easy to clean.I know with my little girl she spills drinks and etc.. Amelia loves to pour her drink out of her cup onto the floor and loves to stop in it.The mat can with stand liquides it does not soak into the mat and wipes up with a towel.And the Mat is as good as new. The PlaSmart Happyville Smart Foam Play Mat makes a wonderful Christmas Gift for your child/children and grandchildren.
