Supplies you will need:
Crimped Yellow Paper
Pink Dots & Strips
Tin Foil
Rolo Candy
Hershey Kisses
Tape or Glue
Directions:
Wrap the pink strips around the top part of the Rolo with either glue or tape & place pink dot on the top also with glue or tape.Next place glue or tape on the flat part of the Hershey Kiss & place on the other side of the Rolo as pictured.Then glue or tape the yellow paper around the Rolo with either glue or tape & there you have it a Rolo Pencil.
