I recently had the opportunity to review The Original DoodleArt.I was so excited to review this product and to bring it to my readers.
If you are younger than age 35 years old you maybe asking yourself "What it is?"
DoodleArt was a art brand from the 1970s that let kids and adults color intricate black-and-white designs.DoodleArt posters are the original images that were so successful when they were first created in 1972. This was one of my favorite things to do as a child, because I love art so very much.My Christmas List always had DoodleArt on it.Then after the 1970's I never seen DoodleArt until recently when PlaSmart brought back The Original DoodleArt.
There are nine different 24-inch by 34-inch black-and-white posters: Jungle, Flowers, The Sea, Prehistoric, Butterflies, Aquarium, Fairy Tales, Bugs N Birds, Pirate's Treasure, and Zombies. Each poster comes with 12 dual-tipped washable, non-toxic markers. One tip is for filling in larger areas and the other is a precision tip for filling in all the detail.
All posters are printed on 10% recycled, FSI certified, 100 weight poster paper.
I find this type of activity very calming to me, and I believe the DoodleArt is good for kids to have quiet time and be more concentrated. At the same time being engaged in play.
