I only remember eat saltines plain when I have had a upset stomach, crushed up in tomato soup.You can switch things up and give those crackers a kick with Savory Saltine Seasoning!
Savory Saltine Seasoning is a No baking,No cooking.It makes a fantastic-tasting party crackers.

1 packet of Savory Saltine Seasoning

1 box plain saltine crackers

1 3/4 cup canola (or vegetable) oil

A plastic gallon-sized bag.

1. Pour oil and seasoning packet into the gallon bag. Mush together well to combine.

2. Add 4 tubes of saltine crackers to bag. Fill bag with air and seal.

3. Toss the bag for a few minutes every 15 minutes or so to evenly coat the crackers in the seasony-goodness.

4. Once coated, let the bag of crackers sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. (Overnight is suggested)

5. Pour crackers into a dish and enjoy!

The crackers will come out transformed into a golden brown/orange in color,they have a zesty, slightly spicy, definitely savory flavor.I made them and my 2 year and I enjoyed munching on them.Between my daughter and I the crackers didn't last to long. They really are that good.

I give Savory Saltine Seasoning 5 Stars out of 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!

If you do not care for saltines,you can apply this same zesty flavoring to meats, hamburgers, fajitas, and even make dips for "other" crackers.
